The property details state whether there are extra charges for electricity, gas, solid fuel, linen, etc. These charges are normally payable direct to the owner or keyholder. Where electricity is "extra on meter" the actual coinage required will be stated in the final property details which are sent to you on payment of your holiday balance. Some owners require a returnable deposit against breakage/damage, etc. This will be stated in the property details and is not part of the booking deposit. The owner is responsible for making any refunds due from the breakage/damage deposit shortly after your departure from the property.
